Absolutely NO commissions will be accepted from anyone under legal age. 18+ ONLY.
Payment must be made in advance in the total amount of your commission through PayPal or Stripe.
Respectful and professional communication is expected.
Any inappropriate or offensive requests will be declined.
I reserve the right to politely refuse a commission without further explanation.
All prices are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. It is required upfront just for safety.
No refunds after payment is received, except under exceptional circumstances.You MUST specify the type of artwork (e.g., Headshot, Half body, Full-body), and any specific details (poses, expressions, background, etc.).
References of characters are required; the more detailed, the better.
If you have multiple commission ideas, please keep them separate while telling me! For each idea..
If I do not message you back within a couple days or before I announce commissions are closed, your commission has not been selected.
I do not allow the use of AI-generated art, or reselling work for AI training or datasets. (AI references for pose ideas is okay).
Minor revisions are included, but significant changes may incur additional charges.
Completion times may vary based on workload.
I reserve the right to use the commission how ever i see fit. (advertising, ArtBooks, Patreon access- etc.)
If you need to have your artwork made private for any reason, there will be an additional fee of 30% of the total final cost.
Clients can use the artwork for personal use only (e.g., avatars, wallpapers etc).
Commercial use requires a separate agreement and fee. (can be discussed)
If you plan to resell the artwork I make for you in any form, an agreement to do so must be made before the artwork is completed. Likely this will result in me receiving a percentage of any profits made from the artwork.
Cancellations by the artist will result in a full refund.
Cancellations by the client after work begins will incur a fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
